Brauerei Forst in Algund an. Die Brauerei wurde 1857 gegründet und ist nicht nur die größte Brauerei Südtirols, sondern auch eine der größten in ganz Italien.
Die Südtiroler Traditionsbrauerei Forst in Algund Während eines einwöchigen Urlaubs in Meran im Dezember haben wir ein paar Mal im Forst Garden gegessen. Die Preise sind durchschnittlich und die Gerichte sind ausgezeichnet und definitiv reichlich. Tiroler Gerichte und sowohl klassische als auch spezielle Weihnachtsbiere.
Wir haben sowohl in den "Häuschen" (ich glaube, die gibt es nur im Winter) als auch auf einem Fass draußen neben einem netten kleinen Feuer gegessen.... Probieren Sie den Bierglühwein, wenn Sie ihn noch nie probiert haben....
